Period
From 31st July 2026 to 7th September 2026, upon acceptance of the submitted abstract. REGISTER HERE
For those registered for the Vibrarch event (28–30 October 2026), a discount will be applied to their ticket.
The fee covers: workshop materials, coffee breaks and lunch, a social dinner, and costs related to the editing and publishing of the final book.
Procedure
Payment details will be communicated after the acceptance of the abstract.
Registrations are formalized through the CFP-UPV portal.
Attendees should first register on the CFP website. Secondly and once a username and a password have been obtained, they should register in the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made through the registration link no later than 30th September 2026 to qualify for a 90% refund. From 1st October, no refunds will be issued.
