Fees:
Registration fees by 31st August 2026, upon acceptance of the submitted abstract. Workshop contribution without accommodation:
• For participants belonging to Schools member of EAAE: 370 €
• For participants belonging to Schools not member of EAAE: 390 €
• Phd students (evidence should be provided): 250 €
For those registered for the Vibrarch event (28–30 October 2026), a discount will be applied to their ticket.
The fee covers: workshop materials, coffee breaks and lunch, a social dinner, and costs related to the editing and publishing of the final book.

Procedure
Payment details will be communicated after the acceptance of the abstract.
Registrations are formalized through the CFP-UPV portal.
Attendees should first register on the CFP website. Secondly and once a username and a password have been obtained, they should register in the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made through the registration link no later than September 7, 2026 to qualify for a refund.
